Welcome to my reviews blog!

I'm Jes Pan, an author, editor, reader, and former librarian. I love to read books and stories of all genres and definitely have a lot of opinions, but haven't attempted to share those opinions online in a very long time. Now I'm done with college (class of 2011, woo!) and grad school (class of 2017, woo!), taking a sabbatical of indeterminate length from the public library, and have had my debut novel published! This seems like the perfect time to go back and write the reviews I always wanted to share, but haven't had the time until now.

I'm limiting myself to ten sentences per review because I tend to be incredibly wordy (for reference: this introduction) and I know today's attention spans might not want a five-paragraph essay on why I loved the book I just finished. The goal for this blog is to tell you what I liked, disliked, thought could have been improved, and thought could never possibly be improved upon. Whether you agree or disagree, feel free to leave a comment telling me why. And if you have anything you'd like me to review, either something you created yourself or something you discovered and very strongly love or hate, let me know and I'll check it out!

Robin is apprehensive, but thinks she would do anything for Ally. How far is she willing to go for love?
